ACTIVITY

Soliance specialises in developing high added-value ingredients, derived from vegetable sources, microorganisms and microalgae. Soliance is an ethical company with high standards and eco-design products. Its strength in sustainable development is a major contribution to the cosmetic industry.

HERITAGE & SHAREHOLDERS

Soliance belongs to ARD (Agro Industrie Recherches & Développements), a state-of-the-art research center for extracting, analysing and valorising plant material. ARD is the leader of a synergistic group of companies, the « Industrial Agro-resources cluster» (IAR). ARD was an initiative of a group of entrepreneurs in the 80’s, whose vision was agricultural with the aim of adding value to non food biomass such as the crops of the Champagne-Ardenne region (North-East of France).

INDUSTRIAL METABOLISM

Soliance is part of an innovative system of industrial ecology in the Champagne-Ardenne region. As part of this system, Soliance makes a continuous effort to reduce energy and waste as per « Industrial metabolism », by circulating raw materials, energy and water within the group.

Soliance is also a member of the IAR cluster in Picardie-Champagne-Ardenne region.
